I want to go on record for anyone needing help with their car, A-1 Automotive in Ft Wayne has really done a great job, help, and service to our family! Had our brakes go out by surprise! I was transporting a disabled and elderly Vietnam Veteran on a hot day. I called A-1, and they worked us in. Gave us a ride home, not always easy to do, but they did anyway. Fixed our car at a very fair reasonable price in a quick manner. We had no one here in town to help, they transported us back to pick up the car! They will look over and care for cars, and were very professional and awesome skill. Was so glad and relieved to find this group. Trustworthy people and smart mechanics!

I have been going to A1 Automotive for about 8+ years now. They have amazing service and are able to efficiently with quality work to solve any issue I have. They provide warranties when installing their parts and they definitely do respect their warranty's and keep their word if a part they replaced ended up going bad for any reason. They do not try to screw you over and price gouge you. They do not try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They aren't cheap (what mechanic is) but they are fair with above and beyond customer service and technical service. I will never go anywhere else! Plus they provide transport if you need it while your car is in the shop!
